Dessert Evening - Fundraiser to Support Fraser Valley Young Peoples

Every year the FVYPL put on a Dessert evening to help fundraise for the May Long Study Weekend that takes place in Mission at Camp Luther. It’s that time again and this year the event will take place on January 25th at 7:30 PM in the Aldergrove Canadian Reformed Church. In the past, we would host May Long in the Okanagan and all the young people drove 4 hours and we had parents come to serve all the food. In the last few years, we have hosted it in the Valley at a camp who has a kitchen staff. No more driving or food prep! This is still an exciting weekend of fellowship for young peoples. The costs are higher for the camp in the Valley but the turnout is greater.
At this dessert evening, there will be entertainment, a silent auction, and of course, lots of desserts!
Tickets are $20 each or $120 for a table of 8, all proceeds going to the study weekend to keep costs lower and make it more affordable for everyone. Please RSVP or ask questions at fvyoungpeoples@gmail.com. Thanks for supporting your young people!
