Financial Stewardship Presentation The Deacons have at various times, been in discussion, about the need to hold an information evening, regarding Financial Stewardship. To that end, we have found a very capable man, in the person of Pastor Hank van der Woerd, currently serving in the United Reformed Church at Leduc, AB. Prior to his calling in the Ministry, Pastor van der Woerd has worked in the mortgage industry for more than 25 years. He has been active in promoting a more biblical view of financial planning and stewardship for over 20 years. He has given many talks and seminars on such items as budgeting, debt, giving and has written in Reformed Perspective, “It’s all God’s money”. As this brother hopes to be in our area for a few days, he has agreed to give a one evening presentation, for the Aldergrove congregation, on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 26, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. We hereby extend an invitation to all, with a special focus on young singles and married couples, to attend this event. In order that we can better plan for this evening, The Deacons will have a sign-up sheet at the south round table, for those who would like to attend this informative evening. Thank you
